Chocolate cream cheese pie
Background
This is another Mitchell Family Cookbook recipe, but this one’s from my mother.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 0.66 cups cocoa powder
- 0.66 cups of milk
- whipping cream (for topping)
- 1 graham cracker crust
Preparation
Whip cream cheese and sugar together. Mix in other ingredients, except whipping cream. Pour into a graham cracker crust. Whip the whipping cream and spread over top. Chill and then serve.
