Chocolate fudge
Background
This is my grandmother’s recipe as it appears in the Mitchell Family Cookbook.
Ingredients
- 1 6 ounce package of milk chocolate morsels
- 1 can Eagle brand milk
- 1.5 teaspoons vanilla
- 0.5 cups chopped nuts
Preparation
Melt the chocolate and milk in an 8 cup mixing bowl over a double boiler for 3 minutes, stirring well. Add the vanilla and nuts. Stir and pour into a greased pan. Cill, slice, and serve.
